Delivery men in Cairo carry stacks of two of these gridded sheets of wood on their head, covered in pita bread, to deliver across town straight from the oven to local vendors. This man is empty, so he’s just carrying the racks without any bread. I unfortunately didn’t get a shot of anyone carrying pita bread since I was only in Cairo for 2 days.
